Birthday Cards

Sorry I've been M.I.A.---I am going to finally get some of the things I have been doing put on here....Yippeee!

For starters I want to share this birthday card I made for my niece's 14th birthday (Savannah on June 28th ~ Happy Birthday!)  I used a simple tan paper for the main card and a zebra patterned paper from Close to my Heart.  Added some purple to it (her favorite color--I knew she'd be smart, taking after me as purple is my favorite color too)  I used the Cowboy Boot Easel Card file from the Silhouette Online Store.

Next up is a Box Birthday Card that I made for my cousin's 14th birthday (Trey on June 29th ~ Happy Birthday!).  He is into motocross, so I tried to make that one of the main focal points of it (after the 14 of course).  I just hope he liked it.  I used the 14th birthday box card from the Silhouette Online Store.

For this layout I used a file from Scrapping Bug Designs called "Puppy Love" and "Puppies with Love Title"  This is a page of when my daughter picked out her puppy and named her "Uh-Oh Uppy"--what else is a 1 1/2 year old going to name a puppy when her favorite word is uh-oh???  But the name is unique just like the puppy and we wouldn't trade her for anything in the world.

However, you happen to be at my blog at this very moment and I am so happy that you could join us! I want to share with you my contribution ~ a page I created with all intents and purposes of actually putting some photos in it of my daughter out in the snow this year, UNFORTUNATELY the only snow we received so far this winter was pretty much gone before she even got up out of bed this winter.  And with the way our weather was last weekend (a record setting 65 degrees in January) it doesn't look like it will be getting photos this year!

New paper release for Big Busy B!

I had so much fun creating projects with this collection!  Here are some of the things I created:

A Double page layout using files from Scraptastical Kreations.

I used the file "Nuttin' for Christmas" for the squirrel and the nuts.

For this card I used a file from the Silhouette Online Store.

For this banner I used a file from the Silhouette Online Store.

This is a file from SVG Cuts

I used the Valentine's mailbox from the file "For My Valentine"

This was a single page layout that I created from basic files in SCAL3

I then added the owl from the file "Owl Always Love You" from Scraptastical Kreations
